Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, personal preferences, or any reason other than a defective, damaged, or incomplete product.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or otherwise incomplete, contact us immediately at wecare@nebulory.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing and verifying the claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

If your claim is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incomplete product, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
